Moreover, an inkjet printer is incorporated on the conveyor belt to print production date, batch number, barcode, and other details either prior to or following the labeling process.

Description

 

Basic purpose:

This equipment is specifically created for applying labels on slender cylindrical objects in a circumferential and semi-circular manner. It utilizes horizontal conveying and labeling techniques to enhance stability and increase labeling productivity. Additionally, there is an option to include an encoding or inkjet printing device on the labeling head to print essential information such as production date, batch number, and barcode on the label. Moreover, an optional inkjet printer can also be incorporated into the conveyor belt to print necessary details like production date, batch number, barcode, etc. either before or after the labeling process.

Extent of application.

1. Self-adhesive labels, self-adhesive films, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, etc., are commonly used for glass tubes, sampling tubes, steel tubes, and other slender cylindrical or conical products in various industries such as medicine, cosmetics, electronics, hardware, and plastics.

2. Examples of applications include labeling adhesive bottles, solid glue bottles, oral liquid bottles, pen holders, lipstick tubes, and more.

work process:

1. Fundamental operational concept: The wheel for separating bottles divides the items and positions them onto the conveyor belt. Upon detection of a passing product by the sensor, a signal is transmitted to the labeling control system. This system activates the appropriate motor to apply and affix labels at specified spots on the product. Subsequently, the product moves through the labeling mechanism, where the label is wrapped around it to finalize the labeling procedure.

Process flow: Placing the product (in the feed hopper) -> Separating and spreading the product on the conveyor chain roller -> Transporting the product -> Inspecting the product -> Labeling -> Applying the label -> Gathering the labeled products.

Technical Parameters:

– The accuracy of labeling is within ±1.0mm, excluding any errors related to the product or label.
– The labeling speed ranges from 40 to 180 pieces per minute, depending on the size of the product.
– This labeling machine is suitable for products with a diameter ranging from Ø10mm to Ø30mm.

Label production requirements:

1. The spacing between labels measures 2-4mm.
2. There is a 2mm gap between the label and the bottom of the bottom paper.
3. The label backing paper is composed of Glacin material, known for its excellent toughness and resistance to tearing.
4. The roll core has an inner diameter of 76mm and an outer diameter that does not exceed 280mm. The labels are arranged in a single row.
