Designed for labeling on the circumferential surface of cylindrical objects such as round bottles, capable of applying single or dual labels with flexible spacing adjustment between front and back labels. Widely used in industries such as cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, and disinfectants for labeling items like beverage bottles and food cans. Optional circular positioning detection device enables labeling at specified positions on the circumferential surface.

Working Process

Core Working Principle: Products are placed on the conveyor belt and enter the bottle separation mechanism. After the products are separated by the mechanism, sensors detect the passage of the products and send signals back to the labeling control system. The control system then controls the corresponding motor to dispense labels at appropriate positions and attach them to the products. Simultaneously, it overlays labels, completing the labeling action for one label.

Operating Process: Place products on the conveyor belt (can be connected to the assembly line) -> Product transportation -> Product separation -> Product detection -> Product positioning -> Labeling and overlaying -> Collection of labeled products.

Label Making Requirements:

1. The distance between labels should be 2-4mm.
2. The distance between the label and the edge of the backing paper should be 2mm.
3. Use Grasim material for the label backing paper, which has good toughness to prevent tearing.
4. The core inner diameter should be 76mm, and the outer diameter should be less than 280mm.
