**Workflow**

– **Core Operating Principle:** Sensors detect the passage of products and send signals to the labeling control system. At the appropriate positions, the system controls the motor to dispense labels and stick them to the designated locations on the products. The product then passes through the labeling roller, where the label is firmly attached to the product, completing the labeling process.

– **Operating Process:** Place products on the machine -> Product separation and conveyance (automatic) -> Labeling process (automatic) -> Collection of labeled products (automatic) -> Retrieval of products.

**Label Making Requirements:**

1. There should be a gap of 2-4mm between labels.
2. The distance between the label and the edge of the backing paper should be 2mm.
3. The inner core should be made of Grasim material, which has good toughness to prevent tearing.
4. The inner diameter of the core should be 76mm, and the outer diameter should be less than 280mm, arranged in a single row.
